Edwina Kelly
Managing Director
Edwina is responsible for leading our investment activities in North America in the Sustainable Energies portfolio.
Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2019, Edwina was a director in the private equity team at EFG Hermes, investing in European wind and solar investment as part of EFG’s Vortex renewable energy platform. Before that, Edwina was at Lightsource BP, responsible for asset sales and debt financing of UK solar assets, and Innisfree, a PFI/PPP dedicated infrastructure fund.
Edwina holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and is a Charted Accountant.
She is on the boards of Essential Utilities, Pattern Energy and Cordelio Power.
