Ryan Flynn

As President of Pacific Power, Ryan Flynn leads efforts that support more than 800,000 customers across California, Oregon and Washington. His role focuses on regional strategy, customer and community engagement, government affairs and legal oversight. He first joined PacifiCorp in 2006. After a few years abroad in Amsterdam, he returned in 2018 to help guide the company through a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Flynn is originally from Corvallis, Oregon. He earned his undergraduate degree from Willamette University and law degree from George Washington University. Early in his career, he worked in law and public policy in Seattle and Washington, D.C. He has served on several nonprofit and civic boards, including the Dougy Center, OMSI, the Portland Metro Chamber, and the Oregon Business Council.
