
Josh is Vice President of Clean Energy Strategy and Planning at PSE. He’s responsible for PSE’s resource planning functions, system planning functions, transmission services, the implementation of programs to meet Washington’s Clean Energy Transformation Act, and PSE’s approach to the decarbonization of its natural gas delivery system.
Josh joined PSE in 1998 and has held many roles at the company, including customer service, procurement, energy supply, and grid operations. He most recently served as director of Generation and Transmission Development, where he was responsible for leading PSE’s development of company-owned generation and transmission assets and optimizing transmission capacity. Prior to that, he led PSE’s customer transformation initiative called Get to Zero, a multi-year effort focused on improving various aspects of PSE’s customer experience. Josh also served as the lead for PSE’s CAISO EIM implementation, directing both the technology and policy initiatives for PSE’s entrance into the market in 2016.
Josh is a graduate of Northwest University in Kirkland, Washington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
